H2Go Express Car Wash is seeking a Guest Support Ambassador (GSA) for ALL locations. H2Go is an exterior, eco-friendly, express car wash. Please review our website and Facebook page to further educate yourself about our company. Responsibilities include but not limited to: • GUEST: Our guests of H2Go are the essence of our business and they are to be treated as if they are guests in our own home. • SUPPORT: Make sure all guests are safe at all times and support them in as many ways as possible. • AMBASSADOR: Serve as an ambassador of the H2Go brand, striving for excellence, and being an example of professionalism and integrity to the other employees and especially to our guests • Maintain quality of the car wash and keep the facility clean, attractive, and safe • Always think about the safety of our guests • Assist with basic site maintenance • Smile and do your best to make the guest happy! • Qualifications: Must have experience in Microsoft Word/Excel and have the basic skills and ability to learn proprietary programs for automated computer sales and operations Bilingual in Spanish and/or Vietnamese is desired but is certainly not necessary EXCELLENT "guest" service skills and a willingness to serve/please others Reliable, organized and excellent problem solver Is personable and enjoys meeting new people Likes to smile, work with "guests" and work within a fun, energetic team
